Bonnie H. Salamon
Founder and Board Member
Bonnie has over 35 years of business experience. She
was the Founder and President of Rand Associates, a
commercial collection agency and accounts receivable
management company. She actively participated in all areas
of the business including sales, marketing, administration,
human resource management, finance, and client relations and
services. Prior to Rand, she served at Scientific Atlanta as
Credit Manager for two divisions. She also serves as an
independent consultant for many businesses in these areas,
as well as the establishment and development of new
businesses. She is a noted guest lecturer, teacher and award
winner in the business community from Sales and Marketing
Executives International and the Atlanta City Sales Club.
Bonnie received her Bachelor of Arts in interdisciplinary
studies (sociology, psychology, and women's studies) from
Piedmont College, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
Bonnie's experience in the non-profit arena includes service
as Treasurer and Board Member of her religious congregation.
She has moved into the non-profit arena with the creation of
the original concept for AgeLess, developing it through
inception to its current successes. She serves as AgeLess'
first President and leader and also is a facilitator for
AgeLess programs. She has been instrumental in all phases of
AgeLess including strategic planning, fundraising, program
development, design and delivery, communications, and Board
leadership and management.
Thomas
D. Boykin - AgeLess President

Thomas has over 20 years of experience as a Strategy and
Operations business consultant, primarily
focusing on the consumer business and
manufacturing industries. He has assisted
clients in formulating comprehensive
business and Supply Chain strategies, and in
reengineering distribution and manufacturing
operations to reduce costs, improve customer
service and drive revenue. Thomas has
represented a premier list of clients
including Adidas USA, AmerisourceBergen,
Andersen Windows, Bacardi, Briggs &
Stratton, Dunlop, DuPont, Ford, Gillette,
GM, Nabisco, Ralston Purina and Rubbermaid.
He is a graduate of Georgia Tech with a
Bachelors degree in Industrial and Systems
Engineering.
Thomas also has a passion for community
service. He has assumed leadership roles in
many of Deloitte’s community service
activities including serving as the firm’s
United Way campaign chairman, sponsoring the
Annual Ralph McGill Spelling Bee (to tutor
and prepare elementary students for the
annual basic skills test), managing the
School-to-Work Day initiative (designed to
expose high school students to the
consulting profession), and leading the
firm’s restart of it’s Junior Achievement
initiative.
Steven Salamon -

Steve is the founding principal
of Salamon Associates, a full-service
marketing communications agency. He is
responsible for the
administration/management, strategic
planning and budgeting, account
supervision, creative direction,
creative production, media
planning/buying, and new business
development of the company. Steve also
works part time as a kitchen designer
for Lowes.
Steve previously worked as an Adjunct
Instructor for North Georgia Technical
college teaching courses in
Entrepreneurship and Business Law. He
also worked as a producer/director in
television and an announcer/producer in
radio. He has been a writer/producer and
account executive in advertising, sales
and sales management organizations.
Steve received a Bachelor of Science in
Mass Communications from the University
of Florida.
Steve participated with his wife,
Bonnie, in the founding and development
of AgeLess, creating the entity's image
and marketing materials and working with
programming and joint venture
opportunities. He has also done a great
deal of pro-bono marketing for other
non-profit agencies. He has been active
in the community as a member of the
Theater Committee of SNCA, Assistant
Team Leader for Flying Doctors of
America, Treasurer of the Association
for Mentally Retarded Offenders, and
mentor with the White County Mentoring
Program. He was President and a Board
Member of the Atlanta City Sales Club,
on the Board of Sales & Marketing
Executives International, and PR Counsel
for Meeting Planners International. He
has also been active with the National
Association of Television Arts &
Sciences and the Japan America Society.
Debra S. Kuhl,
CPA
Co-Founder and Partner,

Debbie Kuhl has over 20 years of
involvement in the Atlanta business
community. She is the co-founder and a
partner in a professional search firm,
InBalancePartners, which specializes in
recruitment and retained searches in the
accounting and finance professions.
Debbie started her career in public
accounting with Peat Marwick (now KPMG)
and, in addition to accounting, has held
a variety of positions with professional
search firms. She obtained her
accounting degree from West Virginia
University, Morgantown, WV, and
maintains her Georgia CPA license.
Debbie has been active in the non-profit
arena her entire professional life. Her
Atlanta volunteer experience includes
President and Board Member for the
Partnership Against Domestic Violence
and Finance Committee Member for the
Girl Scout Council of Northwest Georgia.
She has been actively involved with
Junior Achievement, Buckner Manor, and
the Board of Directors Network. She has
also served as a Board Member for the
Georgia Executive Women's Network.
Janet Taylor
Janet has been licensed as an Associate
Broker in real estate sales and
management since 1986. As an Associate
Broker for a large international real
estate company, she has worked as a
mentor, teacher and negotiator. Janet's
credentials include the Graduate
Realtors Institute, and Accredited
Staging Professional. She is currently
working on the Senior Real Estate
Specialist designation.
Actively involved in community affairs,
Janet has been a board member of the
Atlanta Symphony Associates, Atlanta
Women's Network, Georgia Regional Health
Forum, CURE (Children's United Research
Efforts), and the Buckhead Brokers
Advisory Council. Through grants from
the National Institute of Mental Health,
Janet established community clinics to
service the developmentally disabled in Eastern Kentucky.
Victoria L. Collier, J.D.

Victoria L. Collier founded the
Elder & Disability Law Firm of Victoria
L. Collier, PC to serve the legal needs
of senior citizens when their health care
needs increase. She obtained her J.D.
degree from the University of Nebraska,
College of Law. Victoria previously
worked as a nurse's aide in both nursing
and private homes, served six years of
active duty in the Air Force, and served
three years in the Army Reserves, JAG
Corps.
Victoria was the Chair of the Elder Law
Committee of the Atlanta Bar Association
(2004-2005), is a Charter Member of
Georgia ElderCare Network, is a member of
the National Academy of Elder Law
Attorneys, Inc., and is the Vice Chair of
the steering committee to organize and
implement the Georgia Chapter of the
National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
Victoria spends a lot of time in the
community educating families and health
care providers on the specific legal
issues surrounding aging and disability.
Her philosophy is that each person is an
individual who deserves respect and the
highest quality of life possible,
regardless of age or ability.

Joyce Dillon, RN, M.N., is a life and
wellness coach, facilitator for groups and
author who helps people achieve their goals
efficiently, and in a balanced, healthy
manner. As CEO and founder of Healthy Living
and Balance, Joyce helps people gain insight
into what is truly important to them, while
encouraging each person to step beyond
self-imposed limitations and realize their
full potential.
Her cutting-edge company works with
executives, entrepreneurs, and small
business owners in person, in groups, and by
phone. Joyce’s experience as an event
consultant to Fortune 500 Corporations helps
her to easily lead seminars, retreats and
workshops on coaching, meditation, personal
development and life-transforming
strategies. She is a certified coach from
the Institute for Life Coach Training and
The Circle of Life Wellness Training
program. She has certification from The

Joyce combines a Masters Degree of
Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing
Consultation and Education from Emory
University with twenty-five years business
knowledge, clinical experience and extensive

energy medicine and personal development

Joyce is involved in several non-profit
organizations that empower women and
children, Futures for Children, and Alumnae
Women of Emory. She recently, launched
empowerment retreats in Costa Rica a program
that help women rejuvenate, relax and
redesign their life.
Colleen Saringer, ATC, Med.,
- Manager, American Cancer Society
Colleen has nine years of direct experience working in the
field of health and wellness. A Certified Athletic Trainer
through the National Athletic Trainers Association, a
Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and
Conditioning Association, and a Masters Degree in Exercise
Science, Colleen has held professional positions that
focused in sports medicine, cardiac rehabilitation, and
corporate wellness; she continues to teach fitness classes
at health clubs in the Atlanta area.
Colleen’s non profit experience comes from working for the
American Cancer Society. She started in the Ohio Division
working as a field representative in the Cuyahoga County
area and then relocated to the National Home Office in
Atlanta, GA where her work efforts are dedicated to employee
wellness.
Colleen is an active member of the Junior League of Atlanta
– a non profit organization with a mission dedicated to
serving women and children. This is her first experience
serving as an active board member.
Rabbi Scott B. Saulson,
Ph.D.
Rabbi Saulson is a community rabbi and the
founder, facilitator and consultant of
Moving Parents: a Sandwich Generation
Service (www.movingparents.org). He also
serves Congregation Beth Israel of Gadsden,
Alabama, as its rabbi, the Atlanta
Rabbinical Association as the dean of its
Introduction to Judaism Cooperative,
Congregation Shema Yisrael as a spiritual
leader and Vitas Hospice as an adjunct
chaplain.
Scott has also been past president of Sr.
Connections, a non-profit providing services
to seniors to enable their independent
living; he still serves on that board as
well as on the board of the ACLU of Georgia.
Nadirah Sabir
Nadirah Sabir is an award-winning,
multimedia journalist and consultant with more than 10 years
experience as a writer, editor, producer and columnist in
print and online media including stints at Black Enterprise,
Money and Azizah magazines, The Atlanta
Journal-Constitution, The Associated Press and The Africa
Channel. Her career has taken her around the world as she
reports on current events, pluralism, multiculturalism and
interfaith. Some of her columns were published in the 2005
tome, Shattering the Stereotypes: Muslim Women Speak Out
(Interlink Publishing). An essay was published in Be the
Change: Change the World, Change Yourself (2006). Her 2006
World Affairs Fellowship with the International Center for
Journalists, Washington, D.C. , took her to Ghana, West
Africa, where she researched African American expat life and
enterprise. She is an alum of the Atlanta Women's
Foundation's Destiny Fund and the Community Foundation's
World Pilgrims. Nadira h also volunteers in her community
with the International Community School and Men Stopping
Violence.

Caroline Dott
Caroline is a Midlife Specialist, and Professional
Speaker, in private practice in Atlanta.
A specialist in family dynamics and in the
recognition and management of
trans-generational depression and anxiety,
she brings 35 years of experience to adults,
couples, families and groups. Included
in those years were 10 years of involvement
in the care and final passage of her
95-year-old mother. She is a strong
advocate for self-care at every life stage.
She teaches the importance of maintaining
balance with a goal-directed personal plan,
and emphasizes living life well and long.
