Bonnie H. Salamon
President & Chairman
of the Board
  Bonnie has been an entrepreneur since 1980. She is a noted guest lecturer, teacher, and award winner in the business community. Bonnie has now moved into the non-profit arena as Founder and President of AgeLess, and has recently added "Facilitator" to her list of accomplishments. She lives in the mountains of North Georgia with her husband, and is often visited by their son and his family.
     
Betty Brown
Vice President

 

  Betty has over 20 years of corporate business experience, mostly in the service industry: General Electric Plastics in Market Development, Coldwell Banker as Vice President of Relocation Services and The Alliance for Employee Growth as a Regional Director. She has developed many workshops, speeches and educational programs throughout her career. Betty holds an MBA from New York University and has been active on many for and non-profit boards. She is currently Managing Partner of her own business; Water by Us.
     
Debra S. Kuhl
Treasurer

 

  Debbie Kuhl has spent 20 years in the Atlanta business and non-profit communities. She is the co-founder of a professional search firm specializing in accounting and finance and started her career in public accounting. Her volunteer experience includes serving on the board of directors of Partnership Against Domestic Violence and on the Finance Committee of the Northwest Georgia Girl Scout Council. Debbie has an accounting degree from West Virginia University and maintains her Georgia CPA license.
     
Steven J. Salamon
Vice President of Marketing

 

  Steve has, for nearly forty years, been a television writer, producer and director, and for most of that time head of an ad agency. In this guise he has done a great deal of pro-bono marketing work for non-profit agencies. More recently, since moving to the mountains with his wife of thirty-seven years, Bonnie, he has participated in the founding of AgeLess and embarked on an additional career as a kitchen designer.
     

Melissa K. Meder

 

  is a lifelong student of the creative process, and an amateur artist.  Retiring from a 24-year business career creating and implementing imaginative financial designs and structures, she has participated in a wide variety of art-making and group-oriented creative explorations.  Melissa is an experienced teacher of business, non-profit, educational, and other groups.  She has been facilitating creativity courses and circles for many years.
     
Janet Taylor

  Janet Taylor, an Associate Broker with Keller Williams Realty Peachtree Road, has been licensed since 1986. As a manager for an international real estate company and a real estate sales agent, she graduated from the Georgia Realtors Institute and has her certification as an Accredited Staging Professional.

Janet has been active in community affairs as a board member of the Atlanta Symphony Associates, Atlanta Women's Network, Children's United Research Efforts, Georgia Regional Healthcare Commission and the Brookhaven Park Place Homeowner's Association.

  Patricia Koehn is president of Koehn Financial Group, Inc. Since, 1977, Pat has assisted clients with wealth management, retirement planning, survivor needs analysis, long term care and estate planning specialties. A member of numerous non-profit boards and extremely active in the community, Pat has recently published, "MAKING YOUR MONEY LAST, Financial Clarity for the Surviving Spouse".
 
     

Victoria L. Collier

 

  founded the Elder and Disability Firm of Victoria L. Collier, PC to serve the legal needs of senior citizens when their health care needs increase. She was the Chair of the Elder Law Committee of the Atlanta Bar Association (2004-2005), is a Charter Member of Georgia ElderCare Network, and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc. and is the Vice Chair of the steering committee to organize and implement the Georgia Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Victoria spends a lot of time in the community educating families and health care providers on the specific legal issues surrounding aging and disability. Her philosophy is that each person is an individual who deserves respect and the highest quality of life possible regardless of age or ability.

  Thomas has over 20 years of experience as a Strategy and Operations business consultant helping consumer business and manufacturing clients improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their supply chain, logistics and distribution functions.

Thomas also has a passion for community service and has assumed leadership roles on many of Deloitte’s community service initiatives including the United Way, Impact Day, Junior Achievement and School-to-Work day.
     

Joyce Dillon

  Joyce is a life and wellness coach, facilitator for groups and author who helps people achieve their goals efficiently, and in a balanced, healthy manner. As CEO and founder of Healthy Living and Balance, Joyce helps people gain insight into what is truly important to them, while encouraging each person to step beyond self-imposed limitations and realize their full potential.

Her cutting-edge company works with women executives, entrepreneurs, and small business owners in person, in groups, and by phone. Joyce’s experience as an event consultant to Fortune 500 Corporations helps her to easily lead seminars, retreats and workshops on healthy aging, meditation, personal development and life-transforming strategies. She is a certified coach from the Institute for Life Coach Training and The Circle of Life Wellness Training program. She has certification from The Harvard Institute of Mind-Body Medicine, and The Center of Mind Body Medicine.

Joyce combines a Masters Degree of Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing Consultation and Education from Emory University with twenty-five years business knowledge, clinical experience and extensive training in mind-body medicine, meditation, energy medicine and personal development training.

Joyce is involved in several non-profit organizations that empower women and children, Futures for Children, and Alumnae Women of Emory. She recently, launched empowerment retreats in Costa Rica a program that help women rejuvenate, relax and redesign their life.

  is a Midlife Specialist, and Professional Speaker, in private practice in Atlanta.  A specialist in family dynamics and in the recognition and management of trans-generational depression and anxiety, she brings 35 years of experience to adults, couples, families and groups.  Included in those years were 10 years of involvement in the care and final passage of her 95-year-old mother.  She is a strong advocate for self-care at every life stage.  She teaches the importance of maintaining balance with a goal-directed personal plan, and emphasizes living life well and long.
